TL;DR
Infrastructure Administrator (IT): Supporting and maintaining core IT systems, telecommunications, and data infrastructure with an accent on system stability and efficient enterprise operations. Focus on implementing security policies, conducting system monitoring, and managing global network equipment upgrades including SDWAN.
Location: Onsite at Langley AFB in Hampton, VA
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 Annually

What you will do
- Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers across multiple operating systems, applying patches and monitoring performance.
- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points to maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Manage SAN storage, HBA configurations, backup solutions, and implement disaster recovery plans.
- Implement security policies, manage SSL certificates, and run audits to ensure industry compliance.
- Develop scripts using shell, Perl, and PowerShell to automate administrative tasks.
- Support the installation of network equipment across global locations to facilitate SDWAN and ESC/DSH upgrade efforts.
Requirements
- TS/SCI Security Clearance.
- DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, CND).
- 6-9 years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems administration.
- Possession of a valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
- Experience with hybrid environments and enterprise IT solutions.
- High School diploma or commensurate experience.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
- Certifications: ITIL, MCSE, VCP, CCNP, HP, or SSL.
- Experience with DoD NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS Networks.
