What you will do

• Design high voltage DC power systems and modules, spanning power topologies from few watts to KW+ converters.
• Perform expert-level mixed-signal circuit analysis and analog design for instrumentation.
• Develop power system architectures and grounding schemes.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot failures using spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and other specialized lab equipment.
• Write technical specifications, requirements, and verification procedures for complex electronic components.
• Lead design teams and conduct R&D to innovate design architectures and component selection.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) with 5+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Expert proficiency in electrical engineering CAD tools.
• Deep knowledge of high voltage applications and power transmission systems.
• Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire.
• Must be able to work onsite in McLeansville, NC.
• Ability to travel as required.
