is recruiting for a client in the Defense-Aerospace sector.
What you will do
- Design high voltage DC power systems and modules, spanning power topologies from few watts to KW+ converters.
- Perform expert-level mixed-signal circuit analysis and analog design for instrumentation.
- Develop power system architectures and grounding schemes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot failures using spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and other specialized lab equipment.
- Write technical specifications, requirements, and verification procedures for complex electronic components.
- Lead design teams and conduct R&D to innovate design architectures and component selection.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) with 5+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Expert proficiency in electrical engineering CAD tools.
- Deep knowledge of high voltage applications and power transmission systems.
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire.
- Must be able to work onsite in McLeansville, NC.
- Ability to travel as required.
