TL;DR

Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid)

Salary: $184,000 — $253,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end administration of global equity plans, including equity grants, RSUs, PSUs, and ESPP.
  • Ensure international compliance and proper taxation for all equity exercises and releases.
  • Coordinate SEC Form filings for Section 16 executives and Board members and track 10b5-1 trading plans.
  • Partner with Legal, HR, Payroll, and Finance to ensure accurate record-keeping, reconciliation, and auditing of equity data.
  • Lead system implementation and automate routine stock administration workstreams to increase efficiency.
  • Develop and deliver educational materials and sessions to improve employee understanding of equity programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 9 years of stock administration experience.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • CEP designation preferred or willingness to complete it within 18 months.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, xlookup, vlookup).
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance matters related to equity programs and taxation.
  • Experience with EEO.
