What you will do
- Develop and execute country payrolls across the EMEA region accurately and timely.
- Lead and manage the EMEA Payroll team resources to deliver all regional payroll activities.
- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, including preparation, processing, and associated tax filing.
- Manage the outsourcing relationship with Payroll Providers, including contracts, financials, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and manage the production of all external compliance reporting.
- Provide analysis for headcount cost variances and manage month-end closing procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Payroll Manager for the EMEA territory.
- Extensive technical knowledge of international payroll and payroll accounting.
- Experience managing external audits and ensuring SOX compliance.
- Proficiency with SAP, HRIS, and ADP Streamline.
- Proven staff management skills and ability to lead remote teams.
- Legal authorization to work in the UK without employer sponsorship.
