What you will do

• Manage relationships between outsource payroll providers and internal functional staff to resolve issues within SLAs.
• Oversee the preparation and processing of payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
• Review and validate payroll data and ensure timely submission to the payroll vendor.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and implement process efficiencies.
• Maintain the Standard Operating Procedures manual to reflect current practices.
• Liaise with 3rd parties regarding international assignees' shadow payrolls and audit pay results.

Requirements

• Experience in in-house or managed service payroll within a large, complex international organization.
• Hands-on experience working with EMEA payrolls and understanding of country-specific legislation and compliance.
• Technical knowledge of statutory payments, pension/auto-enrolment, and manual calculations.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams to manage change requests.
• Solid understanding of general HR processes and data eligibility.
• English: B2+ proficiency required

Nice to have

• CIPP or equivalent qualification.
• Expatriate processing experience and understanding of mobility.
