What you will do

• Develop features using React/TypeScript frontend and Go backend for real-time dispatch systems.
• Build and optimize WebSocket-driven systems for tracking units, calls, and incidents in real-time.
• Implement GIS integrations, including map layers and location-based workflows.
• Optimize performance of a complex frontend with significant state management requirements.
• Extend multi-tenant architecture to ensure data isolation across different agencies.
• Debug and resolve production issues for systems operating 24/7/365.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Production experience with React and TypeScript at scale.
• Backend development expertise in Go or similar compiled languages.
• Advanced state management skills using Redux or equivalent in complex applications.
• Experience with AWS in production environments.
• English: B2+ required
• AI/LLM fluency for accelerating development and generating production-ready code.

Nice to have

• Experience with real-time event-driven architectures and push systems.
• Knowledge of GIS or mapping libraries such as ESRI, Mapbox, or Leaflet.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture patterns.
• Background in public safety, healthcare, or government/compliance-heavy domains.
• Familiarity with CJIS, FedRAMP, or SOC 2 environments.
