TL;DR

Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI): Designing, building, and scaling high-quality web applications and APIs with an accent on end-to-end feature development and system reliability. Focus on integrating GenAI and AgenticAI tools, mentoring engineers, and optimizing performance across the full stack.

Location: Hybrid in Sandy, UT (2 days office, 3 days remote)

What you will do

  • Design and develop end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems.
  • Architect and implement scalable APIs, services, and data models.
  • Improve system reliability, observability, and overall performance.
  • Lead code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
  • Contribute to the technical roadmap and system architecture decisions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
  • Strong proficiency in frontend (React, Angular, or Vue) and backend (Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or .NET).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience using AI tools and GenAI/AgenticAI.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Sandy, UT office under a hybrid model.

  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Experience with observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus).
