What you will do

• Implement practical regulatory guidance on futures and swaps trading, including retail customers, options, and margin requirements.
• Review transaction monitoring alerts and execute appropriate resolutions.
• Conduct ongoing monitoring of customer risk ratings and manage incoming complaints.
• Perform electronic communication reviews and maintain internal policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and prepare responses for regulatory inquiries, examinations, and investigations.
• Monitor new industry rules and support the rollout of new trading products and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of regulatory or compliance experience focused on FCM regulation.
• Strong foundational knowledge of the Commodity Exchange Act, CFTC Regulations, and NFA/exchange rules.
• Proven ability to summarize complex regulatory issues concisely in writing and oration.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines independently.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL to work from the office.
