Compliance Specialist (Fintech): Supporting futures brokerage operations by applying CFTC and NFA regulations with an accent on policy maintenance, regulatory inquiries, and promotional material review. Focus on ensuring regulatory compliance across the organization, managing vendor risk, and developing business continuity plans.

Location: Hybrid (Chicago, IL). Must be based in Chicago; remote candidates are not accepted.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and maintain compliance policies aligned with CFTC and NFA rules.
• Respond to regulatory inquiries, audits, and legal exams.
• Review and approve customer-facing communications and promotional materials.
• Manage the firm's ISSP, Privacy Policy, and data protection efforts.
• Conduct third-party risk assessments for vendors and service providers.
• Train staff on ethics, cybersecurity, and anti-fraud measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of compliance experience in the futures industry (IB, FCM, or regulator).
• Knowledge of Bylaw 1101, disclosures, privacy, and risk management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL.

• Experience reviewing promotional or marketing materials from a regulatory perspective.
