Location: Newcastle with hybrid working. UK work eligibility required (eligibility to work checks will be conducted).

Salary: Up to £100,000 depending on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Define and deliver vision and roadmap for the emerging streaming data platform.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to ensure platform scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Translate organisational needs into product outcomes for analytics, personalisation, experimentation, and data transformation.
• Drive platform adoption and usability across hirify.global internal teams.
• Ensure platform meets data quality, governance, and security requirements.
• Bring external insights and industry best practices into data platform strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, delivering strategy and execution across multiple squads.
• Track record of line-managing product managers or coaching at senior level.
• Success delivering complex technical products in data or platform environments.
• Strong technical literacy with modern data platforms, event-driven architectures, and streaming pipelines.
• Experience defining and measuring product impact using data.
• Skilled communicator able to tailor messaging and write compelling product narratives.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile delivery and iterative product development.
• Navigating data governance and compliance in complex organisations.
• Working in cross-functional leadership teams in empowered product models.
• Using prioritisation frameworks like Impact vs Effort, Kano, ICE.
• Experience with data platform modernisation, emerging technologies, and AWS/GCP/Azure.
