What you will do

• Define and deliver a five-year portfolio roadmap anticipating customer needs for profitable growth.
• Identify adjacent growth via services, partnerships, and acquisitions.
• Champion customer insights and market intelligence for product decisions.
• Lead and develop Product Management team as entrepreneurial brand owners bridging Engineering and Sales.
• Accelerate NPI through commercial readiness, pricing discipline, and market strategies.
• Own portfolio performance including P&L, business reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent experience in engineering/manufacturing.
• Track record in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Business Development with profitable growth delivery; pumps/fluid management desirable.
• Experience leading through influence, engaging senior stakeholders, and managing/developing teams.
• Strong customer relationship skills across global markets and cultures.
• Commercial and technical acumen to translate data into actionable insights.
• Results-focused mindset with problem-solving and pace.
