What you will do

  • Own the health and retention of a customer portfolio, ensuring consistent value realization and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, Finance, and BOps to resolve issues affecting client and employee experience.
  • Partner with Hiring Success Managers to ensure FTE hires are activated efficiently and on time.
  • Identify and drive strategic expansion opportunities across products and supported countries.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on global employment and country-specific employment practices.
  • Provide structured client feedback to internal teams to influence the product roadmap and service improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Customer Support, ideally within a SaaS business.
  • Professional experience working in global HR, Payroll, or Global Mobility.
  • Must be based in Portugal, Spain, or South Africa.
  • Strong strategic thinking and clear communication skills for working with a global audience.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to solve complex problems.
