What you will do
- Own the health and retention of a customer portfolio, ensuring consistent value realization and satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, Finance, and BOps to resolve issues affecting client and employee experience.
- Partner with Hiring Success Managers to ensure FTE hires are activated efficiently and on time.
- Identify and drive strategic expansion opportunities across products and supported countries.
- Act as a trusted advisor on global employment and country-specific employment practices.
- Provide structured client feedback to internal teams to influence the product roadmap and service improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Customer Support, ideally within a SaaS business.
- Professional experience working in global HR, Payroll, or Global Mobility.
- Must be based in Portugal, Spain, or South Africa.
- Strong strategic thinking and clear communication skills for working with a global audience.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative to solve complex problems.
