What you will do

  • Provide product expert support to the new business sales team during the sales cycle.
  • Conduct technical calls, lead integration discussions, and deliver deep product demos to prospects.
  • Support the completion of RFPs and provide technical education to the internal sales team.
  • Analyze clients' technical and business needs to design innovative platform configurations.
  • Collaborate with Data Science and Product Integration teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and product capabilities.
  • Continuously develop expertise in the MarTech landscape.

Requirements

  • Experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions, or consulting role.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (business & technical) is required.
  • Technical background from formal education or hands-on work experience.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Prior experience in the MarTech industry.
