TL;DR

VP of Community Management (Property Management): Providing leadership and oversight to ensure property accounts are operated according to company standards and strategic objectives with an accent on strategic planning and client relationship management. Focus on enhancing profitability, mentoring property managers, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the Raleigh market.

Location: Pinehurst, NC, Raleigh, NC. Requires valid NC driver's license and ability to travel up to 50%.

What you will do

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight to ensure accounts meet company standards and community objectives.
  • Develop programs and systems to align business plans with organizational strategic direction.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with Board Members, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Coach and mentor the Property Manager team through weekly one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing property management team.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulatory statutes and client community documents.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Community Association Management.
  • CAI designation of CMCA or higher (must secure within 12 months of engagement).
  • Valid NC driver's license and ability to handle emergency calls.
  • Strong managerial background with a track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and ability to interpret financial statements, audits, and technical blueprints.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including nights and weekends.

Nice to have

  • 4-year college degree.
  • Knowledge of FrontSteps/Caliber software applications.
