What you will do

• Analyze market, competition, and trends to define product vision and strategic roadmap for data assets.
• Build and manage product lifecycle, liaising with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, marketing, sales, and CSM teams.
• Collect customer feedback, monitor KPIs (satisfaction, NPS, resolution rates, response times), and drive continuous improvements.
• Coordinate technical, design, and business teams to conceive, develop, and iterate on the product.

Requirements

• Proficiency in French is essential; English B2 or C1.
• Significant experience in product management, ideally in CCaaS domain.
• Customer-oriented with strong communication, rigor, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Passionate about new technologies (Cloud, AI, Bots) and market trends.
• Proactive collaborator experienced in developing and managing technological products.
