What you will do

• Define the vision, roadmap, and execution for the Workflow Platform substrate that powers AI agents and automation.
• Build a reliable execution layer allowing AI assistants to perform long-running, multi-step tasks deterministically.
• Provide a scalable engine for client-defined automation to eliminate the need for bespoke engineering projects.
• Define and expand a shared library of atomic, reusable workflow components for developers and partners.
• Leverage modern durable execution frameworks like Temporal to ensure applications run to completion despite failures.
• Lead the expansion of the Workflow Platform across international regions to unlock compliance and onboarding.

Requirements

• Extensive product management experience with developer-facing products, platform infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS.
• Strong technical fluency in distributed systems, state machines, and durable execution platforms.
• Must possess the right to work in the UK from the first day of employment.
• Ability to synthesize complex dependencies across company-wide initiatives into a prioritized roadmap.
• Effective communication skills for conveying technical initiatives to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Temporal.
• Domain knowledge in financial data (custodians, transactions, positions) or enterprise security and data reconciliation.
