What you'll do

• Develop and implement product vision for data lake house customized to client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to define data engineering and analytical requirements.
• Lead key feature development from requirements through delivery.
• Work with Data Engineers and Scientists for performance and scalability.
• Manage full product lifecycle from concept to launch with continuous improvement.
• Stay current with data lake house trends and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Prior product management experience, ideally with data platforms or engineering products.
• Proficiency in data lake house technology and data workflows.
• Technical skills in SQL, Python, and data engineering concepts.
• Track record handling data-intensive product development and client-facing requirements.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Databricks or similar data platforms.
• Familiarity with financial services platforms like hirify.global.
• Experience with scrum-based agile development process.
