What you will do

• Develop long-term vision and strategy for data products and define success metrics.
• Lead a team of Product Owners to create detailed roadmaps, feature specifications, and user stories.
• Translate technical updates into clear language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Scientists, and Architects to ensure technical feasibility of solutions.
• Monitor post-launch performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Foster a positive working culture and lead the PO team through organizational changes.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Livingston, UK for hybrid work.
• Comprehensive experience in product management specifically for data products.
• Proven track record of establishing Product and Agile ways of working.
• High degree of technical understanding to partner with and challenge engineering teams.
• SME knowledge in Residential Products and hirify.global’s internal data processes.
• Expertise in managing senior stakeholders up to Director level.
