What you will do

  • Lead architectural design and implementation of Salesforce FSC solutions for insurance.
  • Define system architecture, data models for policy, claims, financial accounts, and relationships.
  • Design integrations with policy administration, underwriting, claims systems using APIs, ETL, event streaming.
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams on Apex, LWC, Flows, Einstein AI, OmniStudio.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs and insurance processes.
  • Ensure security, compliance with regulations like GDPR, HIPAA, FINRA, KYC, AML.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering or technical field.
  • 10+ years in Salesforce architecture and development.
  • Experience implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
  • Strong knowledge of insurance processes: policy management, claims, underwriting, customer engagement.
  • Expertise in Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP APIs, Event-Driven Architecture.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins).

Nice to have

  • OmniStudio, Einstein AI, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Service Cloud Voice.
  • Mulesoft or middleware for integrations.
  • Data modeling, MDM for financial services.
  • Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, System Architect, FSC Accredited Professional, CTA.
