TL;DR
Director of Product, Core Markets (SaaS): Leading the product strategy and execution for key nonprofit verticals to establish market dominance in the enterprise segment with an accent on B2B SaaS, fundraising ecosystems, and enterprise-scale deal alignment. Focus on driving revenue growth, mentoring a team of Product Managers, and translating executive insights into a scalable product roadmap.
Location: Remote (core hours 9:00–18:00 CET). Regular travel to customers, conferences, and the U.S. is required.

What you will do
- Develop and execute the product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for priority nonprofit verticals (Core Markets).
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 2–5 Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
- Conduct continuous discovery via executive interviews and site visits to translate insights into product requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales and GTM teams to own strategic enterprise deals and co-create scalable rollout plans.
- Own and deliver OKRs tied directly to revenue growth, win-rates, and NRR.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Design, and Analytics to ship reliable, high-impact capabilities on time.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Product Management with 3+ years experience leading other PMs.
- Proven track record in Enterprise B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or e-commerce.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships, including pre-sales and RFPs.
- Fluent English (C1/C2) and Native Russian language proficiency.
- Ability to align with core working hours 9:00–18:00 CET.
- Comfortable with regular international travel, including trips to the U.S.

- Experience in nonprofit, giving, or payment compliance and risk.
- History of building vertical toolkits that scale across enterprise accounts.
