What you will do

• Develop and deliver comprehensive sales enablement programs, including onboarding and skill-development workshops.
• Implement rigorous pipeline governance and CRM data quality standards to ensure revenue predictability.
• Support deal qualification and review processes to improve win probability and prioritize high-value opportunities.
• Optimize sales processes and tools to reduce cycle time and improve efficiency.
• Manage client portal onboarding and governance across Sales, Delivery, and Operations.
• Act as the primary link between Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Delivery teams to maintain a unified operating rhythm.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or commercial operations within a B2B technology or cybersecurity environment.
• Proven track record in developing sales training programs and onboarding new sales hires.
• Expertise in CRM governance, pipeline management, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus).
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities to influence without authority.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional business presentations for senior stakeholders.
