What you will do

• Act as a strategic finance partner to senior leaders in trading and marketing to inform decision-making.
• Own commercial trading performance and manage all key trading KPIs.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and planning cycles to link strategy with outcomes.
• Evaluate and track the performance of commercial initiatives and investment decisions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing commercial finance team of 4 direct reports.
• Drive process simplification and automation by leveraging AI tools and generative AI.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Significant senior commercial finance experience within a fast-paced retail or ecommerce organization.
• Proven experience in a key leadership role within a finance organization.
• Strong ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders at the leadership level.
• Advanced skills in financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical reporting.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the London office at least 3 days per week.
