What you will do

• Manage daily community engagement across TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube, including responding to comments, DMs, and mentions.
• Proactively engage with trends, conversations, and cultural moments to maintain brand relevance.
• Monitor audience sentiment and feedback to inform content and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and influencer teams to align community efforts with campaigns.
• Support influencer initiatives by identifying opportunities and ensuring brand consistency.
• Contribute ideas for community-driven content such as Q&As, polls, and giveaways.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in community management, social media, or digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing social media interactions for a brand, creator, or online community.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram.
• Excellent written communication skills with a strong sense of tone and brand voice.
• Deep familiarity with internet culture, memes, and online trends.
