What you will do

• Serve as the strategic architect for end-to-end pricing and packaging across all GTM channels, including high-touch sales and self-serve models.
• Develop data-driven pricing models and volume-based price points for new and existing products.
• Design and implement experiments to analyze customer purchasing behavior, price elasticity, and pricing KPIs.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Deal Desk to evolve pricing and lead the Pricing Board approval process.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to deliver insights as market dynamics evolve.
• Drive proposals for AI innovation, pricing intelligence, and monetization infrastructure.

Requirements

• 8+ years of total experience, with 5+ years specifically in B2B pricing and packaging.
• Proven track record of launching scalable pricing models that drive measurable impact.
• Experience with both PLG (Product-Led Growth) and Enterprise Sales monetization models.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in financial modeling and data-driven pricing.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence senior stakeholders and C-staff.
• Must be able to work from a hub location (e.g., San Francisco) 3+ days a week.
