What you will do
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues via phone and ticketing queues.
- Diagnose complex technical issues and provide comprehensive solutions for customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Engineering and QA, to resolve escalated cases.
- Document technical solutions to enhance knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers in mission-critical environments.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of technical support or software troubleshooting experience.
- Practical experience in IT, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in SQL databases and basic query writing.
- Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux server environments.
- Understanding of web technologies including HTTP/HTTPS and APIs.
- Must be based in the US.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Knowledge of payment processing systems and PCI compliance.
- Experience in healthcare, higher education, or financial services technology.
- Familiarity with campus card/ID systems or access control technologies.
- Understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls).
