What you will do

  • Lead the installation and successful delivery of various Point of Sale (POS) applications.
  • Consult clients on POS functional and technical best practices.
  • Install and configure Windows OS, peripherals, and handheld wireless devices on registers, PCs, and servers.
  • Analyze, design, and document quality functional specifications and detailed process analysis.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across applications, interfaces, operating systems, and networks.
  • Train client IT personnel on system monitoring and management.

Requirements

  • Experience implementing or supporting complex systems and solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Server, hardware, and network technology.
  • Proven troubleshooting methodology and skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentational skills for communication at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Retail Operations or knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Software development experience with C#, Visual Basic, .NET, or SQL.
  • MIS Degree or equivalent.
