What you will do

• Lead frontier ML research across production AI systems, including reasoning and agent workflows.
• Identify model failure modes and drive improvements in architecture and training.
• Design learning loops that translate real-world feedback into continuous model gains.
• Optimize model accuracy, latency, and cost through advanced technical methods.
• Apply RL, deep learning, and LLMs to solve complex, high-stakes healthcare problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ML engineering or applied research with significant production impact.
• Deep expertise in reinforcement learning and deep learning.
• Experience transitioning models from the research phase to production.
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end model improvements.
