What you will do

• Design and develop new machine learning and AI applications for manufacturing and process industries.
• Collaborate with customers, product managers, designers, and developers to translate needs into product requirements.
• Investigate emerging technologies in industry and academia to integrate into software applications.
• Contribute to intellectual property in AI and lead AI research and development projects.
• Evangelize machine learning capabilities and represent as subject matter expert at select venues.

Requirements

• MS in Science or Engineering (PhD preferred) with quantitative focus in AI, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in data analysis and software development/programming.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms including regression, deep learning, reinforcement learning, time series, predictive modeling, data mining, cognitive computing.
• Python proficiency with data science packages (Pandas, Numpy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).
• Experience in C++ or C# and with LLM, generative AI, agentic AI workflows.
• Track record of innovative quantitative solutions, academic publications, or open-source contributions; experience delivering AI/ML applications to end-users.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
