What you will do

• Perform complex on-site diagnostics, service, repairs, and maintenance on customer hirify.global equipment; complete in-shop repairs as needed.
• Review and explain maintenance or repair concerns directly to customers and document on work orders.
• Establish stocking processes with Parts Department and support machinery set-up and adjustments.
• Promote and sell service programs to assigned customers.
• Maintain knowledge of hirify.global products, complete reports, and schedule work with Technical Support Center.
• Handle extensive hours during peak seasons with overnight, weekend, or evening work.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ag Diesel Technology Degree preferred or equivalent; 3+ years in field service/engineering on agricultural equipment.
• Prior high-visibility customer-facing experience with troubleshooting methods.
• Working knowledge of hirify.global equipment a plus; ability to read schematics and operate large machinery.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; independent decision-making.
• Ability to travel within region, work autonomously, meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.
