What you will do

• Perform setup, operation, and tear down of experimental engines and drivetrain components.
• Install instrumentation and conduct standardized tests following specific parameters.
• Troubleshoot test equipment and diagnose routine maintenance issues.
• Fabricate testing apparatus components based on blueprints and engineering schematics.
• Record test data and generate reports using PC-based systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.

Requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship).
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in an automotive or laboratory environment.
• Associate degree in automotive or mechanical technology preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Reliable personal transportation for local travel requirements.
