What you will do

• Optimize and manage complex HPC software for demanding customer workflows.
• Deliver deep technical solutions and support for hirify.global's advanced platform features.
• Develop best practices and processes for HPC services and support.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to drive customer success and retention.
• Automate productivity tools to improve the quality and speed of deliverables.
• Provide technical support for independent software vendors and strategic partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with HPC systems and applications.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of MPI, schedulers, containers, Kubernetes, and GPU computing.
• BS/BA degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with scientific computing libraries and tools like OpenMP and CUDA.
• Experience applying AI-assisted workflows (AI agents, code generation) to increase engineering velocity.
• General knowledge in at least one CAE discipline (CFD, FEA, EDA, ML/AI, etc.).
