What you will do

  • Respond to incoming emails from candidates thanking them for contacting the agency.
  • Request and organize necessary documentation from candidates.
  • Upload candidate resumes into the company database.
  • Perform basic social media tasks to support the company's online presence.

Requirements

  • Strong written English skills.
  • Experience with data entry.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to work flexible hours aligned with AEST QLD business hours.
