What you will do

• Analyze recurring technical issues and identify root causes using structured methods.
• Develop and implement long-term technical improvements to enhance reliability and performance.
• Install, commission, and optimize machines and logistics systems.
• Initiate and implement innovative technical solutions and improvement initiatives.
• Support and guide maintenance technicians with complex or recurring technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with root cause analysis in a technical or industrial environment.
• Proactive mindset with good communication and collaboration skills.
• Own car and transportation to commute independently.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of control systems (PLC).
