What you will do

• Act as the equipment owner for production tools, ensuring maximum uptime, stability, and process capability.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for complex failures to reduce MTBF and improve MTTR.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues, including PLC, servo, and robots.
• Drive OEE improvement projects to optimize cycle time, stability, yield, and scrap reduction.
• Lead new equipment introduction (NPI) and transfer projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Develop and optimize preventive maintenance (PM), calibration, and inspection plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in related equipment engineering fields.
• Proficiency in analysis software such as Minitab or Jump.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with worldwide partners and users.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, and FMEA methodologies.
• Experience in CAPEX planning and budgeting.
