What you will do

• Review and validate electrical designs including schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts for manufacturability and standards compliance.
• Propose wiring improvements, component selections, and corrective actions to enhance reliability and assembly.
• Define standardized wiring processes, validation protocols, work instructions, and training materials.
• Lead electrical testing for prototypes and production, analyze results, and perform root cause analysis.
• Train technicians on wiring, safety, and drawings; provide on-floor support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate on design reviews, Lean initiatives, and recommend tools/technologies for process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• +5 years in electrical design, manufacturing, or testing of switchgear or enclosures.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring for low/medium voltage, schematics interpretation.
• Familiarity with UL, IEC, IEEE standards, validation/testing methods, CAD tools.
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, communication, cross-functional collaboration in manufacturing.
