Salary: €32,000 - €42,000

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial terms and agreements with partners, clients, and providers.
• Act as a bridge between commercial ambitions and legal execution, collaborating closely with internal teams.
• Use frontier AI models daily to analyze contracts, summarize regulations, and draft precise documents.
• Ensure commercial operations remain compliant with the EU AI Act and EU Data Act.
• Periodically revise and update legal templates to ensure they are lean, scalable, and meet market standards.

Requirements

• Law Degree and Specialized Master’s.
• 2 to 5 years of PQE in a law firm or as in-house counsel, preferably in SaaS or technology.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona.
• Native-level Spanish and professional English.
• Proficiency in using LLMs and AI tools to increase legal workflow speed and accuracy.
