What you will do

• Act as a trusted legal partner to commercial business units, providing proactive guidance to support growth in European operations.
• Negotiate and draft a wide range of complex commercial contracts, including partnership and client agreements.
• Provide expert legal counsel on financial services regulations, data protection, and privacy frameworks.
• Oversee the efficient use of external counsel and manage contract governance processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, security, and compliance to support deal structuring.
• Work with the global legal team to maintain effective risk and compliance functions across international operations.

Requirements

• Law degree.
• Minimum 5 years of legal experience, ideally within the payments, TFS, or fintech sector.
• Comprehensive background in corporate and commercial law.
• Significant expertise in negotiating and drafting complex commercial contracts.
• Solid knowledge of financial services regulations and data protection/privacy frameworks.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
