What you will do
- Analyze and design sequences of operations, workflows, and equipment layouts to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities.
- Establish methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
- Develop and implement plans for facility modifications, revisions to operating methods, cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.
- Assist in establishing accident prevention measures and manage training programs for production operations.
- Collaborate with facilities engineers on planning and design activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
- 0 years of relevant experience (entry-level)
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at time of hire and for duration of employment; no sponsorship for this level (H-1B, TN, J, etc.)
- For degrees earned outside U.S., must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) requirements
Nice to have
- Knowledge of visualization and reporting with Power BI
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- KPIs (OEE, cycle time, throughput)
