What you will do

• Design, develop, and sustain manufacturing processes for safe, repeatable production.
• Lead new product introductions from prototype to production ramp.
• Translate designs into work instructions, routings, and bills of material.
• Troubleshoot processes on the production floor, implement root cause corrections.
• Drive continuous improvement for efficiency, yield, safety, and cost.
• Collaborate with operations, design, quality, and supply chain on planning and constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related.
• 3+ years hands-on manufacturing engineering in regulated high-reliability environment (defense, aerospace, etc.).
• Proven floor execution, process documentation, root cause analysis.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work onsite; U.S. Person for ITAR.

Nice to have

• Defense or aerospace manufacturing experience.
• AS9100/ISO 9001 familiarity.
• Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma.
• High-mix low-to-medium volume production.
• Labor modeling, capacity planning, CAD for tooling.
