What you will do
- Support partner account management post-contract, maintaining relationships and alignment with business goals.
- Design and execute joint marketing campaigns including webinars, email sequences, and co-branded collateral for lead generation.
- Manage partner onboarding, ongoing training, and operations to enable effective positioning of Canary solutions.
- Build partner profiles, staff mappings, and handle pre/post-event communications for industry events.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success to optimize motions, develop playbooks, and educate on joint value propositions.
- Track KPIs, report on campaign ROI, and create localized marketing assets like case studies and testimonials.
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience in partner marketing, customer marketing, or demand generation, preferably in SaaS.
- Proficiency in marketing automation (e.g., Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), PRM, and growth/partnership tools.
- Exceptional relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills for cross-timezone collaboration.
- Analytical skills to measure performance, derive insights, and iterate based on data.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple initiatives and tight deadlines.
