What you will do

• Develop and lead a global events strategy aligned with marketing and revenue goals, managing the full event calendar.
• Plan and execute trade shows, field marketing engagements, and internal company Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Own event budgets end-to-end, from planning and approvals to tracking and reporting.
• Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, contracts, catering, A/V, and on-site execution.
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Design to drive meeting bookings and ensure consistent branding.
• Identify speaking opportunities and lead panel/content production, including scripts and rehearsals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of event marketing experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environment (AI or enterprise software preferred).
• Proven track record of managing large-scale events end-to-end with annual budgets of $300K+.
• Data-driven approach to setting and tracking event KPIs and providing ROI analysis.
• Expertise in vendor management, budget tracking, and on-site operations.
• Proficiency with event platforms, lead capture, and registration systems.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (30–40% during event season).
