What you will do

• Create and modify civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Develop site layout plans, grading plans, and utility details for industrial manufacturing facilities.
• Perform earthwork calculations, corridor modeling, and surface creation.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure design compliance.
• Prepare comprehensive construction documentation packages.
• Review and validate design drawings for quality assurance.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a CAD Designer in the civil engineering or construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D with experience in complex site design.
• Experience designing industrial sites, specifically manufacturing campuses.
• Strong understanding of site development, grading, drainage, and utility systems.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident (Green Card holder), refugee, or granted asylum.

Nice to have

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, CAD Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with Revit, MicroStation, ICPR, or WaterGEMS.
• Knowledge of local building codes and permitting requirements.
• Experience with BIM workflows and 3D modeling.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D certification.
