Facilities Design Engineering Civil CAD Designer (AutoCAD Civil 3D)

What you will do

• Create and modify civil engineering drawings in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Develop site layout, grading, utility, and detail plans for industrial manufacturing facilities.
• Perform earthwork calculations, corridor modeling, and surface creation.
• Coordinate designs with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Review drawings for quality assurance and prepare construction documentation packages.
• Maintain organized digital drawing files and support project teams throughout the design process.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a CAD Designer in civil engineering or construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and complex site design.
• Experience designing industrial sites, especially manufacturing campuses.
• Knowledge of civil engineering principles, standards, site development, grading, drainage, and utility systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, refugee, or person granted asylum under export-control regulations.

Nice to have

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, CAD Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with Revit, MicroStation, ICPR, WaterGEMS, BIM workflows, or 3D modeling.
• Knowledge of local building codes and permitting requirements.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D certification.
