What you will do

• Direct audit field work and manage staff performance to ensure timely completion of engagements.
• Conduct audit tests to support professional opinions regarding the fair representation of client financial statements.
• Provide strategic and tactical accounting advice and recommendations to non-profit clientele.
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients to enhance overall satisfaction.
• Supervise and review the work product of staff accountants and interns.
• Collaborate with engagement leaders to report on audit status and progress.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of progressive public accounting background with in-charge experience.
• 2+ years of specialized experience working with non-profit organizations.
• Strong technical proficiency in US GAAP and GAAS.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Milwaukee, WI.
• CPA certification or eligibility to sit for the exam is highly desirable.
