What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of integration programs for OEM partners who embed hirify.global technology into their platforms.
• Establish joint go-to-market and monetization strategies to support strategic alliances.
• Manage the full program lifecycle from onboarding and technical setup to go-live and relationship management.
• Coordinate across internal product, engineering, legal, sales, and finance teams to unblock delivery.
• Maintain program organization using dashboards, RAID logs, and milestone trackers for leadership visibility.
• Oversee partner onboarding, including licensing setup, API/SDK provisioning, and contract management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in alliance, program, or project management within tech, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to coordinate internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a track record of producing accurate executive status reports.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for business audiences and vice versa.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• AI proficiency: Active professional use of Generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) and prompt engineering.

Nice to have

• Experience with cybersecurity, network security, or data protection vendors.
• Familiarity with OEM or reseller partner models.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, Common Criteria, ISO 27001, or GDPR.
• Experience with project tracking tools like Salesforce, Jira, or Seismic.
