What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy to drive adoption of Agentic AI workforce capabilities.
• Build and maintain a product roadmap translating business goals and user needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Manage end-to-end product delivery from initial discovery through launch and iteration.
• Balance technical innovation with regulatory requirements, risk tolerance, and customer trust.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and data science teams to align capabilities with market needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven exposure to AI-driven products.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and model limitations.
• Track record of successfully bringing data products to market and driving adoption.
• Ability to translate complex data concepts into tangible business value.
