What you will do

• Build and optimize player-facing systems including UI, game modes, progression, and stat tracking.
• Develop responsive and intuitive interfaces using UMG and Common UI for cross-platform scalability.
• Implement data-driven systems to support game flow, player progression, and feature scalability.
• Integrate gameplay systems with wider game features to ensure cohesive player experience.
• Manage and maintain consistent game state across complex UI flows and game modes.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks using Unreal Engine profiling tools.

Requirements

• Strong experience developing gameplay systems in Unreal Engine using C++.
• Proficiency in building UI with UMG and a solid understanding of layout and flow.
• Working knowledge of Common UI and cross-platform input handling.
• Experience with data-driven development and gameplay systems architecture.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code within a shared codebase.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to the UK for hybrid work.
