What you will do

• Collaborate with game developers to improve the performance, quality, and reliability of titles on hirify.global hardware.
• Debug and optimize game code, graphics shaders, and compute shaders for enhanced visual fidelity.
• Drive feature integrations and support profiling and debugging tools for graphics solutions.
• Represent hirify.global at developer conferences through technical presentations and discussions.
• Work with internal driver and hardware teams to resolve technical issues and influence future product development.
• Develop documentation and best practices for developers working with hirify.global hardware.

Requirements

• Must be based in and work from the United Kingdom
• 5+ years of experience working on game technologies for GPU and/or CPU
• Fluency in C/C++ and HLSL
• Experience with modern game engine architecture and rendering pipelines
• Proficiency with DirectX 12 features
• Working knowledge of profiling tools such as PIX, RenderDoc, WPA, and GPUView

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Vulkan, GLSL, nSight, and x86 architecture
• Understanding of the game development lifecycle
• Experience optimizing Unreal Engine
• Experience creating and productizing new technologies and tools
