What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain tools, services, and pipelines to improve game development workflows.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle from analysis and design through to testing, release, and iteration.
• Contribute to technical architecture, focusing on APIs, reliability, security, and operational support.
• Refactor and optimize systems to reduce technical debt and enhance performance and maintainability.
• Improve engineering standards through code reviews, CI/CD, and shared patterns.
• Collaborate with studios and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and gather user feedback.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience with C++, C#, or similar languages.
• Strong proficiency in software design, debugging, and automated testing.
• Expertise in source control, CI/CD, and observability.
• Ability to communicate technical details effectively across different time zones and technical levels.
• Pragmatic approach to trade-offs between delivery speed, quality, and customer value.

Nice to have

• Experience using generative AI to augment development work.
• Background in developing Windows applications within the games industry.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
