What you will do
- Execute account strategies to drive customer satisfaction and business growth for global and regional accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, communicating the business value of services.
- Coordinate with Customer Support, Operations, and Finance to resolve and escalate client issues.
- Lead global and regional business review calls to analyze service performance.
- Monitor competitor product and service strategies to optimize account positioning.
- Manage a small local account management team and implement regional best practices.
Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field.
- 8–10 years of experience managing global and/or regional corporate accounts.
- Expertise in strategic account management, including revenue forecasting and budgeting.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of local dialects is a bonus.
- Strong leadership skills with a result-oriented approach to business growth.
