What you will do

• Manage day-to-day influencer campaigns, including creator identification, vetting, and reporting.
• Conduct strategic research to source and outreach diverse creators.
• Nurture relationships with creators and talent management agencies.
• Handle campaign administration using internal platforms like Waves and Monday.com.
• Review creator content to ensure it aligns with campaign briefs and brand expectations.
• Compile data and insights for end-of-campaign reports to demonstrate value.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK to support a hybrid work model.
• Passion for influencer marketing and the creator economy.
• Strong familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Proactive approach with a demonstrable willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.
• Ability to build strong rapport with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
